Why the process doesn't end at closing.
A lot of agents treat closing day as the finish line. I don't think that's the right way to look at it. Getting you into the right home means understanding what you actually need before you ever see a listing, being straight with you about a property's condition and value, and putting you in front of lenders and contractors you can actually trust.
And once you've closed, you're not on your own. If you need work done on the house, I know who to call. If a question comes up six months later, you can still call me. That's the part of the job that doesn't show up in a typical buyer-process checklist, but it's the part I care about most.

How I work with buyers
Finding the right property
It starts with understanding what actually matters to you — not just bedrooms and square footage, but the block, the light, the commute, the stuff that's harder to put on a checklist. I walk properties with you in person and give you an honest read on each one, condition and value included.
Under contract to closing
Once you're ready to make an offer, I help you put together one that's competitive without overreaching, and connect you with lenders I trust for financing. From there I guide you through inspection, negotiation, and the paperwork — so nothing catches you off guard on the way to closing.
After you close
The work doesn't stop once you have the keys. I connect you with contractors for whatever you want done to the place, and I stay available for whatever comes up after that — questions about the house, the neighborhood, or what to do next.
